Amy Pearl is the Executive Director of Springboard Innovation, rebranded as Hatch Innovation, a 10-year old non profit that is essentially in the business of building businesses. She was the driving force behind the Community Public Offering, an idea whose implementation by the Oregon Division of Finance and Corporate Securities leap-frogged over statute to become administrative law.
