Hatch:Soup brings people together over soup and bread, and provides funding for early-stage community good ideas. It is the very beginning of the funding pipeline; an opportunity to gain enough seed funding for an idea to be tested in the real world.

To apply, purchase a presenter’s application for $15.


How it works: everyone shares a meal of soup and bread, the applicants present their ideas to the audience, and the audience votes for their favorite. The idea with the most votes takes home the money from ticket sales, and all presenters receive Hatch memberships to nurture their idea long after the event is over.

While the ideas are front & center, Hatch:Soup is also a chance to network, be inspired, offer or receive help from others, and see what’s possible with just a little help from the community.
