Event Space Rental Form

This form submits a request for approval by Hatch Innovation to rent the main Hatch event space, for an evening or weekend event. The space is typically available for rental between 6pm and 11pm. Please note that Hatch tenants and members still have access to the space for work purposes unless otherwise arranged.

All event requests must be received thirty (30) business days in advance unless otherwise arranged.

General Information

Event Information

Keep in mind, the maximum capacity of Hatch is 180 people. If you are expecting 30 or more attendees and you are not a member of Hatch, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE EVENT INSURANCE. We will ask you to provide proof of insurance.
Any event on a weekday cannot start before 6pm.
Please note that setup and breakdown time is allowed one hour prior and following the event. Event attendees must be out of the building by 11pm.
